Resiliency for Today, Innovation for Tomorrow,
Investment for the Next Generation

About Us

Electric Neighborhood Operator, LLC (ENO) is a mission-driven developer of clean and resilient energy and a business model for the electric services of the future. We develop portfolios of distributed solar energy coupled with energy storage as the infrastructure behind alternative electric service. We have started in Puerto Rico where an underserved market that no longer benefits from a conventional central utility represents enormous demand for a new solution. Our projects invest in equipment, people, and the foundations for the next stage of an innovative, modernized business model. Investing in ENO is an investment in today’s resiliency, tomorrow’s economic development, and the next generation’s secure energy sector – in Puerto Rico and in the energy transformation around the world.

High Impact

Our electric service brings energy justice to low- and moderate-income homes, powering up the policy objectives of stable and reliable electricity: public health and well-being, economic development, secure communities, and clean energy to fight climate change.

Solid Returns

Our investors may earn monetary returns in the form of tax credits and project revenues, and may equity in the growth of a company that will lead the transformation in the electric sector. Investments in ENO projects generate social dividends by supporting active partnerships with community organizations and by advancing energy and economic justice.

Policy-Forward

ENO projects are at the center of the energy transformation, using modern equipment and reshaping the future state of electric service. ENO projects will demonstrate possibilities and lead the way for reconsideration of the policies and practices of all electric utility service, in Puerto Rico and across the U.S.
